To implement the safety production work deployment of its parent company, target weak links in production, carry out regular inspection and rectification of safety hazards, effectively improve all staff's safety prevention and emergency response capabilities, and firmly prevent and curb safety accidents — on June 1st, 3611 Company officially launched the national "Safety Production Month" campaign. Organized by the workshop, all 44 frontline employees participated, kicking off this year's Safety Production Month activities and fostering a strong safety culture of "everyone speaks safety, everyone is ready for emergencies."
On the morning of the launch day, the company held a mobilization meeting for Safety Production Month. Grounded in the actual production conditions of the workshop, the event focused on prevention and emergency response, further reinforcing every employee's safety responsibility. Through centralized mobilization, all staff deepened their understanding of safety production and consolidated their safety awareness — laying a solid foundation for ongoing safety management and continuous improvement.
In the afternoon, all frontline employees watched the special educational video "Strictly Prevent the 'Three Violations' — Warning Education." Using real accident cases, the video vividly demonstrated the serious consequences of the "three violations" (violation of commands, violation of operating procedures, and violation of labor discipline), analyzed root causes in depth, and sounded a clear safety alarm for everyone.
After the video, the workshop broke down Safety Production Month tasks based on the actual duties of each team, clarifying work requirements. The meeting emphasized that safety is a matter of life and death; development must never come at the cost of human lives. Each team and every employee must deeply learn from past accidents, uphold the principle of "safety first," strengthen responsibility and risk awareness, and strictly implement the safety production responsibility system. All staff must be familiar with occupational hazards and preventive measures for their positions, exercise strict attention to detail, stay alert at all times, guard against complacency, and build a solid safety defense line for the workshop.
Following the theoretical session, the workshop immediately launched a special on-site inspection and rectification of safety hazards, insisting on "inspect and rectify on the spot" to precisely eliminate all kinds of safety risks. The inspection yielded visible results: regarding distribution cabinets left open on site, teams were urged to conduct comprehensive self-checks and make corrections immediately. One worker found not wearing a safety helmet or proper PPE properly received on-site safety education and was ordered to correct the violation on the spot, to prevent recurrence. Considering the high-temperature summer conditions, the workshop put forward targeted control measures, focusing on heat prevention, fire prevention, and electrical safety. Professional electricians will be scheduled to conduct a full-coverage inspection of plant electrical equipment and circuits, with priority on maintaining workshop fans and industrial ceiling fans — effectively preventing equipment leakage and heatstroke, and ensuring stable production during the hot season.
To mobilize all staff in safety management and build a participatory safety governance model, the workshop introduced a "rotating safety officer" system, allowing employees to take turns performing on-site safety supervision and strengthening everyone's sense of responsibility. During the inspection, a worker was found to have removed the plastic guard from an aluminum profile circular saw for operational convenience, creating a serious hazard. The workshop immediately halted the operation, conducted targeted safety education, and required the guard to be reinstalled on the spot. Follow-up patrols will be intensified to strictly investigate all kinds of violations.
The first day of Safety Production Month integrated warning education, job-based learning, hazard inspection, and full-staff participation — comprehensively strengthening the foundation of workshop safety management. It effectively raised safety awareness and on-the-job competence across the workforce, and identified and rectified a batch of on-site safety hazards.
