The project was jointly developed by the company and a unit in Xiaogan. It was officially launched on May 20, and the "Joint Development Technology Agreement" was signed on July 26. In view of the successful cases of Dongfeng Mengshi's modification and trial production of light and medium-sized high-mobility emergency equipment, the company has undertaken the trial production of shelters and structural parts.

The project team is headed by senior engineer Qi Zhongyong, and newly recruited college students Wan Yifeng, Cao Genke and Hao Zeyu are the team members. Waiting for the technical design work, the drawings were issued on August 10, the prototype was delivered to the customer on September 18, and the summary report on the development of the prototype was completed on October 13.

From project initiation to delivery to users, the project team overcame difficulties and worked overtime. Qi Zhongyong carefully considered every link from the process analysis to the production process in the design of the cabin door structure and the overall main, auxiliary cabin and subframe to check the overall plan. Cao Genke's work is conscientious and meticulous; Wan Yifeng, an electrical major, is weak in mechanics and structure, but he diligently checks the data, makes up for shortcomings, and makes rapid progress; Hao Zeyu makes full use of the theory learned in school in the centroid analysis Knowledge and data analysis software for CAE design to provide theoretical guarantees for vehicle implementation. The old engineers are diligent and selfless in their work, and the new employees are tireless and hard-working, and give full play to their initiative and enthusiasm in project development.

Some key technologies were used in the development of the project, and many technical difficulties encountered were overcome one by one through the concerted efforts of everyone. If the steel embedded parts and the aluminum profile skeleton cannot be welded, the aluminum plate is designed to be transferred; if the gap between the door gaps is not symmetrical, the coordinator will go to Party A for reconstruction. The difficulty of tapping the embedded parts and the difficulty in fixing the twist-lock of the cabin and the sub-frame have been effectively solved, and they have also been supported by various departments of the company, which fully demonstrates the company's employees' fighting spirit and team spirit of working together to overcome difficulties. .
